Believe it or not! but this topic is hell important. You must know IMEI number of your mobile phone whether you are using an iPhone, any Android phone or Windows phone. Every mobile phone has its own unique IMEI number, few of my friends already know their IMEI number and few of my friends don’t know, don’t feel 😎 sad I’ll help you to find your IMEI number just stay connected to this post 📃 and you will have your IMEI number in front of your eyes 👀.

Before moving to the main post we need to know about IMEI number! IMEI’s full form is “International Mobile Equipment Identity” number is a unique identification or serial number that all mobile phones and smartphones have. It is normally of 15 digits.

MEID’s full form is “Mobile equipment identifier” and it is 14 digits.

Just dial on your dial pad *#06# to know your IMEI/MEID number on all mobile phone

let’s start the procedure to know IMEI number. Here I’ll tell you how to find IMEI number on iPhone (all series), on Android mobile phone and Windows smartphones.

First I’ll tell you 😎 how to find IMEI or MEID number in iPhone because I’m an apple fan boy 😍. So let’s see how to find it.

Open dial pad 📞 of your iPhone

Now just dial *#06# code

You are done now. Just save this by taking a screenshot or write down on ✏ your notebook

If you are using iPhone 5, 5s, 5c or above it, then just see at the back of iPhone back. Apple iPhone has engraved IMEI number on back.

If you are using an older iPhone 📱 like 3G, 3GS, 4 or 4s then just follow these steps to have IMEI number in your hand 🙋.

First remove your SIM card tray very carefully 🤠

Now check the SIM card tray

You will see IMEI/MEID number 📞 printed on it

You can also find IMEI number 📞 in your settings app, just look down to know more about it.

Open settings ⚙ app

Scroll down and go to “General” option.

Now you will see an option of called “IMEI/MEID”

Open it to see your IMEI/MEID number 📞

You can also find IMEI/MEID number with the help of iTunes if your iPhone won’t turn on just connect it to your computer and use iTunes to see your IMEI/MEID number. Follow these steps to understand the whole process.

The first step is to plug your iPhone into your computer 💻

Now open iTunes.

Now go to “My Device” option and select your iPhone 📱

Next step is to click to click on “Summary” tab.

Click the “Phone Number” 📞 entry next to the image of your iPhone. This will cycle through the ID numbers for your device.

The final step is just to copy the IMEI/MEID number. You are done now 😎 .

It is also a method 😲 to find IMEI/MEID number with the help of Google Dashboard, just follow these steps to understand and to implement it.

First of all open Google web browser on your smartphone or PC 💻

Now “sign in” with your Google account

After that go to 😎 Google Dashboard

Scroll down and search for “Android” section

Now expand the Android section by click on it

Now you are almost there, just look for your smartphone (if you have more than one)

At last, you will be able to see your IMEI/MEID number 📞

That doesn’t mean that your IMEI/MEID number will have written on back of your smartphone battery. Actually IMEI/MEID number 📞 has also written inside on your smartphone, when you remove battery you can see that number. So how to find that?

First of all switch off your smartphone 📱

Then remove the back cover of your smartphone

Now take out the battery very carefully

Now you can see IMEI/MEID number written ✏ on silver plate inside the smartphone

Almost all android smartphones have IMEI/MEID number printed on the original box 🗳. It would have some bar code type label where you can find clearly written IMEI/MEID number on it.

Now I’ll tell you 🤠 how to find IMEI or MEID number in windows mobile phone because many of my friends are using Windows smartphone (I don’t know why? 😂). So let’s see how to find it.

Open dial pad of your smartphone 📱

Now search for system tab

Now look for About option 🎃

In about option, you will see many information 📖 regarding to your windows mobile phone
